I bought this based on the fantastic reputation of Leatherman products and haven't been a bit dissapointed. I liked the flashlight so much I bought one for an old college roommate and he liked it so much he bought six more to give out as Christmas presents to his sons, friends, etc. and then I had to get another for my wife. I've had a lot of flashlights in my 60 years but this is by far the best one.

i needed a good little flashlight i could take with me everywhere. what's the point in buying a flashlight if you don't have it on you when you need it?
well it's smaller than i thought, which is good! the construction quality is great. it feels very well made and solid. there are 3 brightness settings, and the first one is plenty bright for any indoor use. the brightest setting is insane for such a small piece.
the only down sides if any (and they don't bother me enough to dampen my enthusiasm) is that the battery is what i'd consider non-standard... by that i mean, you're not going to find a CR123 battery in as many places as a AA or AAA.
the other thing is that... well because it's so small, i'm afraid i'm going to lose it! i debated whether to get a few cheaper lights in this size, knowing they get misplaced.
i really like it a lot though!

Leatherman has done a wonderful job with this one. This is by far the brightest flashlight I have ever came in contact with for its size. My friends love to play with it due to its extraordinary ablilities. Great for everything and very durable. Highly Recommended!

Battery usage may be a tad high, but this light delivers in every respect. It's my favorite.

Great little flashlight. Works well in a humid environment (like a brewery). Bright enough to see into the mash tun while cleaning, and the hat clip is very handy. Stock up on the batteries though. They die at the worst possible times. The light can get pretty warm if you leave it on the medium and high settings for too long.
